Salon Policies

At Perfectly Polished Cotswolds, we are committed to providing a calm, professional and respectful experience for all clients and visitors. Our salon policies outline the standards, expectations and conditions that apply to appointments, training and use of our services.

By booking an appointment, attending training, or using our website, you agree to the policies outlined on this page. These policies are in place to protect our clients, our team and the quality of service we provide. If you do not agree with any part of these policies, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with a booking.

Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your treatment.

Deposits are held on file and applied to your appointment in line with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations & Changes

We operate a 72-hour cancellation policy.

  • Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance:
Your deposit will be retained as credit and can be redeemed against your next appointment.

  • Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours:
You will be charged 50% of the total treatment value and your deposit will be retained.

  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment:
You will be charged 100% of the treatment value.

Any outstanding charges must be settled before future bookings can be accepted.

Cancellations or changes must be made via:

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

We run a tight, professional schedule.

  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notifying us will be classed as a no-show.

  • No-shows are charged 100% of the treatment value.

If no-show or late cancellation charges remain unpaid, we are unable to rebook you until the balance is cleared.

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm, professional environment, children and additional guests are not permitted at appointments.
This includes babies in car seats.

Pets

For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the studio.
Registered assistance or service dogs are, of course, welcome.

Nail Health & Aftercare

We work on a nail-health-first basis. Aftercare advice is provided and must be followed to maintain results.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lifting, breakage or damage caused by incorrect aftercare

  • Issues caused by lifestyle factors or external damage

Longevity cannot be guaranteed where aftercare guidance is not followed.

Treatment Suitability

We reserve the right to adapt or decline treatment if nails are compromised, unsuitable or unsafe to work on at the time of your appointment. In some cases, removal or repair work may be required before treatment can proceed.

Respect & Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional environment for both clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour.

Location

All treatments take place at Naunton Downs Golf Club from 29 December 2025.
Full arrival details are provided when you book.
